Project Overview
JTK Engineering provided mechanical engineering for the new mixed-use warehouse/office/retail building. The building is comprised of 5500 square feet of warehouse space as well as two stories of office and retail space at 3850 square feet.
The building is served by a high efficiency energy recovery outside air unit operating at over 83% sensible recovery. The heating and cooling for the office and retail portions of the building are provided by variable refrigerant heat pumps and the warehouse is served by gas unit heaters.
