Project Overview
JTK Engineering provided mechanical engineering services for the kitchen renovation project at Camp Orkila Norman Lodge. The project entailed a reconfiguration of the dishwashing area to optimize the flow from student drop off as well as replace aging equipment.
The existing plumbing systems were reconfigured and extended to accommodate the changes in the space layout. In addition, the existing interior pot wash area grease interceptor was replaced and relocated to outside the building.
