Provided mechanical engineering for complete operational HVAC system design for the new construction 2-story, office and shop facility comprised of offices, reception, breakroom, work area, conference rooms, restrooms, storage, and shop.
JTK Engineering provided mechanical engineering for the new mixed-use warehouse/office building. The building is comprised of 2-story, office and shop facility comprised of offices, reception, breakroom, work area, conference rooms, restrooms, storage, and shop.
The building is served by a high efficiency energy recovery outside air unit operating at over 70% sensible recovery. The heating and cooling for the office portions of the building are provided by variable refrigerant heat pumps and the warehouse is served by gas unit heaters.
