Project Overview
JTK Engineering provided mechanical engineering for the new mixed-use shop/office building. The building is comprised of a 2-story, office and shop facility containing offices, reception, breakroom, work area, restrooms, storage, and shop.
The building is served by a high-efficiency energy recovery outside air unit operating at over 70% sensible recovery. The heating and cooling for the office and shop is provided by variable refrigerant heat pumps. A separate vehicle exhaust and makeup air system is also provided for the shop.
