Project Overview
JTK Engineering provided mechanical engineering services for the full gut remodel of the three main restroom groups serving the casino gaming areas. In addition to reworking the piping to accommodate the layout changes the HVAC was upgraded from a dedicated exhaust system to dedicated energy recovery air handlers for each restroom grouping.
The high efficiency 100% outside air energy recovery units operate at over 80% energy recovery and allow for reduced reliance on the main casino air handlers. This results in improved operation of the existing equipment serving the casino as well as overall reduced overall energy consumption and improved indoor air quality.
