Project Overview
JTK Engineering provided HVAC and plumbing engineering services for the new 60,000 square foot Ford Pro Service Center located in Snohomish, Washington. The building is comprised of a two-story sales, administration and parts storage portion as well as a single story 32 station vehicle service center.
The JTK team worked closely with the owner and design-build team to provide an energy efficient building with an eye on future evolution of electric vehicle serving needs.
The HVAC system is comprised of energy recovery variable refrigerant flow systems as well as high efficiency outside air energy recovery air handlers. Water heating for the facility is provided by high efficiency heat pump water heaters.
