Project Overview
JTK Engineering provided HVAC engineering services for the new 20,000 square foot mixed use warehouse building located in Burlington, Washington. The building is comprised of a two-story retail and office area as well as a single-story storage warehouse.
The HVAC system is comprised of energy recovery variable refrigerant flow systems as well as high efficiency outside air energy recovery air handlers.
