Renovations and Infrastructure Upgrades
JTK Engineering provides HVAC and plumbing engineering services for the renovations at the 200,000 Tulalip Resort Casino. In addition to the HVAC and plumbing changes to accommodate the interior Casino renovations, JTK provides detailed reviews of existing facility infrastructure to address the evolving needs of the complex gaming facility.
In coordination with the owner JTK developed a multi-year HVAC infrastructure upgrade masterplan to address equipment nearing end of life as well as address the evolution of gaming equipment facility loads since the Casino was built. As part of first phase of the Casino Renovation several main building air handlers, makeup air units and electrical room equipment was replaced with new equipment designed to accommodate the future needs of the facility.
