Project Overview
JTK Engineering provided HVAC engineering services for the new pool facility located in Lopez Island, Washington. The facility is comprised of a single-story amenity building including reception, conference room, office, restrooms and locker rooms. Additional buildings on the site house the pool equipment, electrical equipment, and storage. The pool itself is convertible indoor/outdoor setup with inflatable dome system.
The HVAC system is comprised of energy recovery variable refrigerant flow systems as well as high efficiency outside air energy recovery air handlers.
